Peter Anders Hvass

Peter Anders Hvass is a seasoned full-stack software engineer and systems architect with over 15 years of experience turning complex technical challenges into elegant, reliable solutions. He holds an MEng in Computing from Imperial College London and spent a decade at a leading UK employment-tech platform—first as CTO, then as CEO—where he modernized the entire tech stack, pioneered remote-work infrastructure back in 2016, and led the company’s B2B platform expansion.

Beyond code and servers, Peter is a natural connector. As co-founder of Cyprus Comic Con, he shaped the strategic blueprint for the convention—designing the building blocks that bring people and communities together. He curated the musical line-up, personally handled celebrity and influencer outreach, and traveled abroad to invite talents like LevelUpLeroy and the Twitch-streaming medieval bard from Austria, Arnulf Zeilner (kawautv). Both have become annual mainstays in Cyprus, serving as cornerstones of the community vibe and energy that attendees have come to love. He also forged partnerships with other convention organizers worldwide, ensuring every edition fostered genuine connections between fans, creators, and brands—making each show a truly collaborative community experience.

At Dondake, Peter wears many hats—systems administration, DevOps, cybersecurity, and business development—but above all he’s a master at embracing the natural chaos of human collaboration. He brokers key meetings, forges strategic relationships, and helps find order and balance so that big ideas and lofty ideals turn into solid, secure, and extensible implementations.
