Peter Anders Hvass

Peter Anders Hvass is a seasoned full-stack software engineer and systems architect with over 15 years of experience building robust, scalable technical systems. He holds an MEng in Computing from Imperial College London and spent a decade at a leading UK employment-tech platform, serving first as CTO and later as CEO. During this time, he led a full modernisation of the tech stack, introduced remote-work infrastructure as early as 2016, and oversaw the expansion of the company’s B2B platform.

Beyond engineering, Peter is a strong strategic connector with a focus on long-term structure and collaboration. As a co-founder of Cyprus Comic Con, he helped define the convention’s strategic foundations, contributing to international partnerships, guest outreach, and community-building initiatives. His work has supported the growth of lasting relationships between creators, organisers, and audiences, shaping the convention’s collaborative character.

At Dondake, Peter works across systems architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical strategy. He is particularly valued for his ability to bring clarity and stability to complex, fast-moving projects, helping teams translate ambitious ideas into reliable, secure, and extensible solutions.
